Sweet as advertised, big flavors of bittering hops, maple, and challah bread. Honestly may be a bit over sweet, but I did really enjoy it.

Bottle from December 2019, cellared about a year. Big difference and SO smooth. If you've got some of this, put it away got a while and you will be pleased with the result.

At first a wonderful pop of raspberry and lovely round malt, but it does almost get medicinal. Still a pretty remarkable beer.

HOLY SMOKES. Lives up to the name easily. Pairs well with being sexy.

I respect the effort of making an ancient ale, but the flavors didn't jive for me. Still, no error in execution

Oooooh yeah. Smells like a bottled iced coffee drink, lots of vanilla flavor, still round and smooth. I could take a little more actual coffee, but that's definitely not a complaint.

Aged 20 months. More raisin and less coffee. Still such a good beer.
