Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend

Sharp, funky, floral on the nose. Notes of crisp apple, citrus rind, wood, acid, vinegar, sour apple. Aged in oak gives it great depth. Balanced thoroughly with the tart characteristics.
