Super complex flavors but all blend together. Nice heat from both the spiciness and booziness, smoke adds a nice complement with pulled pork BBQ. Chocolate comes through on the sniff but so subtle on flavor.

Cherry jam, red wine, slightly sour, slightly sweet all balanced together. Really good.
