Mortal Bloom Graupman

A very pleasant, citrusy IPA, with a hazy quality that doesn’t overpower the flavor. Went really well with my crab cakes.

4 Giants Hazy IPA Graupman

Really hazy, almost to the point of being like a dry wine. The juiciness holds it together, though. Good bitterness, too.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Graupman

Yowzah! This thing is rich. Lots of heavy, deep flavors going on - chocolate, coffee, maple, bourbon, etc. - and they all work really well together but, make no mistake, this sucker is one dense beer.

Unraveled IPA Graupman

Not exactly sure it’s any hoppier than a normal IPA, special brewing technique or not, but I’m sure that it’s very good.

All Day IPA Graupman

Slightly piney, slightly hoppy, pretty much slight all over. Refreshing, for sure, but anyone looking for big IPA flavors should look somewhere else.

Hazy-O! Graupman

Hazy, certainly, with notes of citrus and even a little bit of pine, smoothed out by the addition of some oats. Very, very good; I’ll definitely get some more this summer.

Hazy-O! Graupman

Very nice balance between hoppiness and smoothness; those oats really do make a difference, I guess. Definitely doesn’t sacrifice the hazy aspect, though. Pretty nuanced stuff.

Liquid Truth Serum Graupman

This one is heeaaaaavy on the hops, which is really great, but it’s missing the bitterness that would’ve earned it top marks from me. If you like woodsy, citrusy hop flavor, though, this beer is tough to beat.

Panther Cub (2021) Graupman

This is totally my jam. A hearty, complex beer with a whole lot of flavors going on, but not fighting with each other. The maple gives it almost a breakfast-y vibe so I guess I can start drinking earlier now, huh?

Campfire Amplifier Graupman

A creamy, toasty milk stout with subtle but rich notes of s’mores. I mean, c’mon! This is the best beer Dogfish Head has ever made.

Pilsner Graupman

Not bad, just really mild. Not for those who want a beer that’s bursting with flavor. Wouldn’t be hard to crush a few of these, though.
