Warm and syrupy grapefruit with notes of tequila and rich oak. Let it warm, so much better.

Smoove and bold, rich chocolates (dark and milky) and charred coffee. This is a beastly porter, almost stout, as some usd to say.

Best before date is confusing - either this is 5 days past due, or Sept 07th is it. Either way, Holy hell, this is a big beauty!!! Gorgeous breadth of flavours from charred brown sugars, to black licorice, to marbled caramels with rich barrel notes.

LN. Loaded with rich, dark and savoury cherries, excellent tartness. 2022 vintage. Letting another age.

LN. So good to see this return to the LCBO. Heavy scotch and warm caramels, brown sugars, and candied rasins. Sip this slowly, and let it warm up a bit.

Más Agave Clásica Grapefruit (2022) Fh
The gose base is easily overwhelmed by the Tequla Barrel, but the integration is ridiculously well done. Factor in the sea salt and you get a wicked ale.

Not bad, considering this was canned in.... May 2021?!? Wow. Actually not bad at all.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Fh
LCI. With breakfast, when else?? Ridiculously rich a day sweet just with the base KBS. But add in heaps of cinnamon and cocoa with plenty of vanilla and you get a head spinner of a BA aged stout. Savour the flavour. Thank you James and Melissa!

Delightful spikes of deep roasted coffee countered by dark and bitter chocolate chips. Warm and lush. So good.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Fh
Gorgeous dessert beer, for dessert, last night. The fudgy chocolate adds so much extra richness to the base KBS, which still allows the bourbon-y roast to press through. Thank you Melissa and James, once again, for making the stop at this source!

Yesterday. Thanks M&J deciding to make this stop on route home from your recent travels! This is a juicy and fragrant Hazy that fits right in perfectly for cottaging.

Oh man, a big thanks to England for the win over Germany today. Because of that, James brought this beauty out from hiding for an early afternoon sipper! Massive coffee and bourbon woven finely together in this tremendous variant of the OG. Thx guys!

Heavy on the tropical juice blend and lightly bittering. Not bad, but dosen't come off as very fresh.
