60 Minute IPA

S - grapefruit and some earthy notes. The taste is sweeter right off the bat with notes of tangerine and orange peel that give way to grapefruit before ending earthy and a touch piney. A solid single IPA that isn't super original but has nice nuance

All Day IPA

Super light with just the faintest grapefruit hop flavor. Ends just slightly grassy. Very sessionable. Very light in flavor in general. Has a grainieness to it

French Toast Bastard

S - strong maple syrup w/ cinamon, vanilla & bourbon just peaking through - smells like a great breakfast! Taste is cinamon, rich maple syrup, vanilla before ending with that boozy, bba, bourbon taste you expect. Best Maple beer - an absolute delight

KBS Blueberry

S - blueberry jam, dark chocolate & bourbon. Taste is heavy bluberry jam right away, followed by a rich chocolate, before ending with the taste of bourbon & a faint oakieness. Blueberry & chocolate mesh well. Not as good as orig - the bberry is too much

Breakfast Stout

Very smooth with coffee and a bit of that classic chocolate you get from the malt. Nice, but almost too basic. Kinda wish it did more for such a heavy beer. Forgot how smooth nitro is

Backwoods Bastard

Smells of drk chocolate, dried fruit (rasin, prune), earthy & boozy. Taste is the same - drk choclate upfront followed by dried fruit, but some woody, smokieness at the end with a boozy finish. The end is reminiscent of scotch. Sipper. Smooth.

Dirty Bastard

Smell is quite malty, notes of black licorice, brown bread, slight hops. Malty upfront, with that brown bread followed by a subtle notes of raisin and dried fruit (plum?), with a woody, almost slightly smoky finish. Quite dry. Most complex scotch thus far

Citrus Squall

Not bad - very tequila like, sorta like a marg almost. What Gosa-rita shouldve been

KBS

Smell of rich, dark roast coffee and chocolate with some boozieness. Taste is a beautiful fusion of a milk chocolate and a dark roast coffee - french roast - on the front followed by a charred oak smokieness, with a bit of boozy bite on the end. Awesome!
