Very pleasant naturally sweetness with a good fermented aftertaste that lingers just right in the mouth. The complex flavor profile I'm looking for in craft beers!

Pockets of Green Jo

Very light for a hazy one. Right amount of bitter and sweet, with the lingering harsh taste. Would have this anytime!

Birch Jo

Light and nicely balanced. There's enough body to it to make it interesting, but it's smooth enough to go on a hot summer day like today. I'm only subtracting points because it's not the "craft experience" you'd expect, but it's awesome nonetheless.
