Yea this turned out well, more rounded on draught, almost letting those framboises shine with a jammy coulis thickness before tying it closed with that big C puckering dryness. Refined touches of fruitpip bitters and vanilla.

Not clear which vintage. This index is a mess. Unlike this rhubarb lambiek, even if the draught dispensing methods takes away some of that specific zesty fruit character. Sulphurs piercing through the rhubarb. - will Re-revisit bottled.

Just helping to clean out kegs. Many of the draught versions here and served at Moeder Lambic end up resembling each other a lot - a natural smoothness pierced by that big C house character. Remember it more fondly from bottle, long ago…

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2016)
No Zwanze@ML. Age has made the bonedry lemonmust overpower most of the (dry)hop, reclaiming it firmly back into the well-known Cantillon house character of musty lemons pushed to the upper limit of puckering dryness. Prefer it w fresh hops blended in.

No Zwanze@ML, ‘19 Vintage. Time has reclaimed some of the hard to place smokey phenols, but they’re still enough pyrotechnics hovering over the lemonbarn to engage the Cantillon aficionado w burning mysteries of the unknown. Highly drinkable experiment.🔥

Proefpallet. Trademark sulphurous in nose, mf & taste. Bonedry lemony, good late hop presence - not a big fan of Boon’s metallic lemon sulphurs but this drinks and blends fine enough.
