Coffe, caramell, toffe, pecan, vanilla, chocolate and malt. Really nice stout with perfectly balanced CO2, perfect sweetness for me. Wish i hade a powerfull chocolate dessert to pair it with. Top tier, will definitely buy again.

Birramisu (2022) Roos

Creamy and rich in both flavour and mouthfeel. Dark chocolate combined with espresso finished with vanilla, toasted bread, raisins and a balanced coffe-like bitterness. Would fit perfectly with a sweeter dessert.
