Lively neon lager coloured. Sedemrnt flowed in the glass. Single Foeder gives a dainty sour nose. It’s surprisingly dark. Like someone has laid oak on the middle of my tongue. Grapefruit the promenant flavour. But it’s balanced from the oak. Mysterious.

Dirty Bastard Rogan

Beer Calendar #7: Fruity malt nose. Reddish Mild colour. It’s lively and rich. Thick rich ovaltine. Mighty and bold wee heavy.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio Rogan

Excellent. Blackcurrant Juice colour. Wild smooth sour and very well balanced. Cantillon always delivers. Tart and drying.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°4 Rogan

Familiar smell of the funky wild. Lager colour but anything but. Soft and zingy. Lime zest and grapefruit. Surprisingly watery and makes me think of white wines I’ve enjoyed. Appreciate its novelty and makes it way into a fun tasting.

Rosé de Gambrinus Rogan

Super murky wild haze with the odd freckle of sedement. Dark cherry, pink grapefruit colour. Tart, sour, bold and full. Spicy red berries. Full of acidity. Refined and raw.
