Bottling date is a little over optimal freshness, but it’s still enjoyable, with a rich and roasty flavor upfront with a hint of bitterness and a medium body.

Breakfast Stout Gallipoli

A quality coffee stout. Well-rounded flavors of roasted coffee beans and semi-sweet chocolate chips, with a touch of booziness on the backend. Good stuff!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Gallipoli

This tastes pretty similar to the 2023 that I had a couple months ago, with maybe a little less booze and a slightly smoother finish. Lots of coffee and bourbon on the nose, with rich chocolate and roasted beans notes throughout. Pretty quality stout!

Honestly not getting much pumpkin from this. It’s otherwise a pretty good brown ale, just not nearly as flavorful as I was expecting.
