Despite this being almost 18 months old (in one of those very rare occasions when I didn't check the canning date before purchase-let that be a lesson for everyone) this has held up really well & is a testament to the quality of Sierra Nevada's brewing.

The Bobby Hull of Imperial IPAs slapping deadly hard heavy volcanised rubber bitterness right in the kisser. Tingles too. The way Imperial IPA was meant to be before pussy Millennials and Gen Zers started to infantilize the craft beer palate.

A nice thick pure white silky head on top of pale hazy yellow. Nice lacy drifts. Shame about the overwelming smoothie sweetness which overwelms the hop potential. Needs heaps more hops. Heaps and heaps.
