Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) დაი
A complex boi. Some bergamot and black tea bitterness. Then this very smooth and wonder tartness. Kissed with a little bit of bretty sweaty socks. Well rounded.

The aroma is stronger than the flavour. Full on wet grass and barnyard. Then a pleasant and fruiter flavour.

Ashy aroma. Smokey, heavy roast flavours. Lots of tobacco. Bitter. Probably too carbonated. Body is surpisingly thin for the style. And weirdly, I dont get much coffee? Only 0.1% coffee in this. Explains it. Mikkeller has been in decline for a while now.

Like eating a Lindt 70% Chocolate bar. Delicious. Rich. Smooth. Pleasant bitterness. Very smooth. Will have lots of this again. Does pack a punch.

Looks nice. Tastes like burnt shandy. Shockingly bad non-alcoholic drink.
