In every way, a pleasant beer. Cool and crisp - a pleasure to drink. Not super familiar with the style - but I trust the guys at Bad Seed. And rightfully so.

“Mink” apparently is slang for downing a beer in Danish. Not a slang I am familiar with, but fitting nonetheless. This is an incredible well-balanced modern WCIPA. I thoroughly enjoyed downing this one. Not the biggest beer in taste, but very pleasant!

Okaaaaay, another full-bodied NEIPA from Bad Seed. And another one I like. But also another one without too many surprises. By all means, I very good IPA - I would come back.

Nelson Nelson John John Østergaard
Very very good good beer! Another homerun from our friends at Bad Seed Brewing - that Nelson Sauvin hop really is something special, and very much to my liking. Keep ‘em coming!

Police Disco Lights Østergaard
News from Bad Seed Brewing - a hazy Session IPA, and a pretty decent one. The nose is brilliant - lacks a bit of follow-through in the mouth. Won’t hurt nobody - but Nelson John (also from Bad Seed) is a (much) better Session IPA, if you ask me.

Mjaaaa, I don’t know. To my liking - yes. But not much more than that, unfortunately. Just not “enough”.

Nelson Nelson John John Østergaard
Another homerun from Bad Seed. As good as any (more or less) DDH DIPA I’ve tried. Maybe biased due to the Nelson Sauvin hop that I really like a lot. Colour is gorgeous, by the way. Poor in wine glass to witness true beauty!

Smooth as Santana. Packs quite the punch for a session IPA. Colour is hazy and beautiful. Nose is fruity and fresh. A new favorite.

Just beautiful in the glass. Has a lot of west coast-feel to it, strong bitterness. Otherwise, mouth is fresh and vibrant. Today is raining - I imagine this will be brilliant on a sunny day. Gppd stuff!

Lovely WCIPA. The balance is close to perfect, the bitterness is not over-whelming, it feels pretty fresh and chuggable. Can’t ask for more really.

Fresh in the nose and the mouth, picked the 25 ml (good choice), enjoyed outside in the pre-summer with a good friend. Enjoy!

I mean… It’s a pretty good DDH NEIPA. Like I would expect from Bad Seed. It is juicy, very dankable, nose and mouth is exotic fruits - and just pure pleasant to drink. Not much to debate - just drink.

Another great attempt from local brewery Bad Seed. Beer is rather viscous, but balance is on point. Nose is a bit bland, but mouth is full with a good bitterness and juicy feel. I’ve come to expect this level of beer from Bad Seed. Well done!

Was looking forward to another WCIPA release fra Bad Seed - but this is not the same quality as e.g. Slice of Sunshine. The balance is bitterness is slightly off for me - however it did mature with a bit of temperature in the glass. Decent summer beer!

White Wedding (2023) Østergaard
I’ve tried Red Wedding - and loved it. White Wedding is a smaller beer, but still great. This is a full-body beer, deep notes, rich flavour.

Rather fruity, bitterness well-balanced, nose’s bit boring - but taste is clean and crisp. Doesn’t linger in the mouth - but a real pleasure to drink. This was a good experience for me!

Pretty crisp, fresh in the nose and mouth, bitterness slightly off and a tad overwhelming - but nothing serious. This is a nice beer - and a nice mix-up from the dank/juicy/sweet NEIPA/DIPA/TIPA’s that flood the market right now.

Fruity, fresh, drinkable - everything you would expect. Enjoy! I surely did!

Awesome pilsner, one of the better in that style - easy to drink, bought (too) cheap with a burger at a foodtruck that didn’t appreciate the quality, great value for money!
