What a treat, Anthony @ Bar Lupulus gave me a sample of this to try, since I was having Bellwoods apricot peach Farmegeddon…. And now I can see where Bellwoods got their inspiration. Tart peach, sweet apricot, and an earthy funk.

Porter - Dark, Rich & Sexy Tibbits

Feels heavier than it’s 6.5%ABV. Very rich chocolate with a bitter espresso edge to it. Slight licorice/fennel like flavour on the finish.

Rosé de Gambrinus Tibbits

Like field fresh strawberries. It’s tart and funky, and very dry. It is one of the cleanest lambics I’ve ever had.
