Fresh and slightly sour beer. It is completly filled with citrus, i'm tasting lemon and lime peel. It reminds me of the danish "koldskål" a sour buttermilk dessert. Pretty good

Very nice and simple beer. It has a nice and thick mouthfeel that goes well with the hoppy bitterness. The simple flavor profile helps you hone in on the mosaic flavor. It shines through the hazy ipa and becomes a teaching moment. I am well satisfied
