It was worth the wait (not the Arsenal game we were waiting to drink it during, Chelsea are a bit good). Lovely lambic, tart but not too tart. Barely any sweetness in a good way but a lovely deep dried apricot flavour.

Definitely agree that this is lusciously soft, dank and juicy.
