Hugely tart. Not as fruity as expected but a relatively dry, balsamic cherry finish. A bit of a journey.

Proper weird beer. A wheaty, doughy sourness with a slick oily finish. I don’t eat olives but my girlfriend maintains it isn’t like eating olives. I think it’s a bit olivey but what do I know?
