A generous bottle share from my awesome neighbour. A Holy Grail of global ales. Perfect balance, layering & depth. A big rush of cherry jam, massive acidity, barrel oakiness & the sourness is just exceptional. Plenty of funkiness to keep things grooving

Oooh it just smells dangerous! Bourbon aroma entices and first sip rewards you with a big swig of Bourbon. Touches of caramel sweetness with dark chocolate and mild espresso notes. Oaky barrel aged character and booze that will leave a bruise! Sensationa!

Well, as the saying goes, we're not here to fuck spiders! Big, brawny, brave and bold. Massive, masculine, moreish maple backed by boozy, brutal & brewtastic bourbon bombastic bliss. Super sweet, solid & thick. 12.7% that doesn't pretend to not exist..

Wow that's pungent! Thick, acrid raspberry aromas from a distance! A big wad of raspberry jam dominates proceedings here. Subtly tart but not mouth puckeringly so. A little medicinal, a bit like panadol elixir from my childhood. Hides the 9.2% ABV well

Uh ohhhhh! Didn't realise this weighed in at 10% til I'd poured it. Starting today bug! Aye Carumba! This is a margarita, make no mistake. Yes, it's beer but the lemon & lime are centre square with delicate saltiness & a shot of tequila! Salad mi amigos!
