Ugh this may beat me this year at the beer off. Eric wants to win the trophy every year and he really took the gloves off this year. I’m scared. This is like maple covered pancakes, if it was waffles I would be in real trouble.

A bit too tart. This would be a model of the style - but for the airiness / lightness to it. The mouthfeel seems wrong.

Fudge - fudge - not a hint of lemon aid. But all fudge all the time. Usually have to pay extra for something like this, but a buddy brought it over and got to have it for free.

Nelson Sauvin Brut Dry Hopped! D.
Quite a lot going on here. A Luther a flowery start followed the the grand funk of the wild fermentation, the a spike of bitterness from the dry hopping, and a final grander most interesting bone dry funk. Most interesting and delightful.
