Ephemeral but rosé foam over a bright and deep red brew with medium body and carbonization. Taste is dry, crispy sourness, mainly of fruity raspberries and dextrose. Floral notes of lactic acid come through quite well and make it pleasingly tart!

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°4 K.
Lci. Very easy drinking. Sour and tart, but not too much. Classic boon esters in a rather light geuze. Actually I get a bit of a citrus note. Well done, very round!

Typical oude geuze boon smell. Thick-pored ephemeral foam, clear reddish-golden colour, medium body. Sweet and lightly sour, red malts and esters bring a nicely fruity bouquet of aromas. Fruity, almost grapey aftertaste. Long refreshing finish, very good!

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio K.
This one is extremely sour and tart. Almost no carbonization, therefore slight dried fruits and a lot of oak. Nice one for food pairings!

Crisp sourness, still quite light and a bit fruity/flowery. Also it is relatively dry snd tart. Slight impression of oak, that rounds it all up. Have to love it!
