Really pear. But tasty. Non-alcoholic sours from Mikkeller actually taste like beer. They could teach a million other NA brewers something.

Yule Mælk Aged In Rum Barrels Burkett
Softer than the bourbon-barrel aged, but still plenty of alcohol bite. Nose on this is amazing. Delicious!

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 110 Mono Blend Burkett
Cognac. More body than the 91 and 92, less acidic than the 108. Notes of vanilla and dried apricots. I notice this is drier than the others and a bit smoky. With practice, I've learned how to pour with a full head of bubbles!

Old ales. Grapefruit and sour apple hard candy w a strong oak finish. Delicious, acidic, tart, way more robust than the 91 or the 92.
