Great head and retention. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Nose of chocolate and coffee. Fudge, hazelnut, chocolate, toffee, and coffee all meld beautifully. Nice boozy finish. Light barrel presence overall.

French Toast Bastard 2023 Stotler

Super maple nose. Lots of maple and cinnamon on the palate. Sweet but solid!

Spontanbeetroot (2013) Stotler

This baby is drinking just fine. 10 years old and still decent carbonation. Earthy with notes of saltine cracker. Sweet tart like finish.

Spontanbeetroot Stotler

Has held up very well. Lost a tad bit of carbonation but such a beautiful brew. Slightly pithy and earthy with saltine cracker finish. Elegant and devastating.

Heavenly nose of chocolate and cinnamon. Medium mouthfeel. Big barrel presence. Boozy finish. Sweet up front but dry and bitter finish. Very solid.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Stotler

Classic breakfast stout base. Bitter cinnamon up front. Chocolate and bourbon finish. Vanilla seems to be overshadowed by the cinnamon presence dominating.
