So, we finally bought a house. Celebratory beer. Gently cellared since release. Both the cherry and the tartness held up incredibly well. Lots of leather and barnyard. Superb.

Well, that’s surprising. After 10 years it’s super leathery, oaky and with lots of horse blanket and raspberry that’s stayed super vibrant. On par with the classics.
