Definitely a touch more acidic than most lambic blends but still lovely and rounded

Had this stashed for a special occasion and I suppose that getting offered a dream job just about fits that. The beer is beautiful - crisp and lightly tart with great earthy flavours and ‘horse blanket’ funk. Love it
