Rosé de Gambrinus Moon

Raspberry tart with an underlying funk. Sour & fruity with a sweetness that fades on the tongue.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Moon

Fruity tart, lemon, biscuity &, dry. What amazes me most is how clean & clear it tastes. On slightly warming it adds baked apple and cinnamon . A Wonderful drop

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°6 Moon

There's a delicate softness to the sour in this beer texture wise I'm putting forward the term pillow/cloud sour, this is not to say it's not sour, just that the farmyard elements the hay sweetness & it's density cushion the tartness without detracting

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio Moon

Loved this, properly tart with a real cherry not boiled sweet taste bringing a wonderful acidity, a feisty facial orifice density & lot's of Lambic flavours adding an earthiness to this beer & a slight almond flavour.
