Vinegary smell. Somehow tastes and smells a bit like char siew?? Savoury for sure.

Holy Tropical Fruits Chua

Tropical indeed! Pretty strong mango, almost pungent, but not unpleasantly so. Hint of saltiness.

Velvet Rush (2021) Chua

Can smell the barell-aged notes. Not as chocolatey (to me) as I was hoping, but still quite rich complex flavours.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Chua

Maple comes out in the smell and taste. Rich enough, not thin like the other KBS I recall.

Porter Chua

Coffee! A little acidic though.

Underground Mountain Brown (2019) Chua

Tasty! Really has bourbon notes. Makes it sweet and almost creamy for a porter.
