BBA, chocolate, cherry is spot on. Superb drinkability. Depth of flavor is 20 fathoms under the sea of beer. On par, or maybe better than BCBS? Soft feel, boozy, then roasted tones of chocolate/cherry at the finish. You guys have you try this!

Mortal Bloom Austin

Nice blend of citris, tropical fruits, earthiness. On the lite side but that makes this a go to refresher.

Aroma is French Toast, taste is French Toast. Aging is BB is a plus.

Backwoods Bastard 2021 Austin

Refining my beer list. Taking out double check-ins. Had this one last year and this year. Separated by date. Always one of my favs. Love the woody taste.

KBS Hazelnut (2022) Austin

Bourbon barrel aged stout with superb roasted coffee and chocolate notes. Sweet nutty-ness from the hazelnuts balances this out.

All Day Haze Austin

Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Brewed with wheat and oats. Hazy and lite. Very tasty.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Austin

Found this left over from years ago. Right, we didn’t invent fudge we perfected it! Super intense flavors. Coffee, raisins, roasted everything, sweet. You gotta come to Michigan to taste our fudge.

Scarlet Dawn IPA Austin

Reminiscent of that mid-west red, Hellion by North Peak. Malts just right, great reddish brown color. Great tasting.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Austin

Bottle Shop Series, bourbon based cocktail, dried fruit, cherry, caramel base. Imperial Double that’s blended spot on. Just slightly boozy.

Bottle Shop Nemesis Release 01 Austin

Barleywine brew with roasted malts, bitterness from the hops. Smooth mouthfeel, slightly boozy at 11.2 ABV but blended very well.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) Austin

KBS as good as it is, it’s over the top on draft. What else can I say to make believers out of you? 👍

Beer Geek Breakfast Austin

7 different malts, brewed with coffee, roasted barley and oat flakes. Centennial and cascade hops. 10w30 body slightly bitter on finish. Switching it up, not for breakfast but for dinner.

Backwoods Bastard (2020) Austin

Roasted, Smokey malts then barrel aged bourbon hits you. Combined with a sweetness, smooth boozy-ness that will tell you give me another.
