So much cinnamon and cocoa, coffee, it's just all on the label. Big boisterous boozy vanilla. Dry-ish and night-cappy. Lovely

Nemesis (2021) Holloway

I'd buy all of this candle-ized. Amazing, absolutely perfect nose; sweet, and forest-y. Early sips are complex. Sweet, molasses, and evergreen. An hour in and this is mellowing slightly and caramel and dark fruit notes are peeking in. Solid

Velvet Rush (2021) Holloway

Whoa... Lots of big flavors swirling around that seem uncombined. Imma let this warm up a bit. It's not bad, but there is a very slight metallic taste, & seems disjointed. This is much better as it gets to a more appropriate temp. Smoother & cohesive.

Grolsch Premium Lager Holloway

Malt sweetness forward, pretty bitter on the back end. Crushable and ready for a food with some fight in it. Would probably cut a fatty food well. A touch nutty? Pretty nice.

Blue Hen Holloway

Crisp and bright and smooth. I don't think this has lemon, but it may have taken it on from the pasta and that flavor is being enhanced and lingering. Either way it is pairing nicely with pasta of that persuasion.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Holloway

Concentrated coffee grounds with some super 110% dark chocolate in there too. A big deal of flavor early, cinnamon is kind of an afterthought. Wow a bite of apple pie makes this a 5. Lovely.
