Just the One - Columbus Kristensen
Slightly bitter, grassy and (wierdly) peppery with a fruity body. Bitterness stays but never gets excessive

Just the One - Mosaic Kristensen
Dry with a more tropical body than Columbus. Still slightly bitter and grassy. Aftertaste vanishes Way faster than columbus

Just the One - Zappa Kristensen
“Du vil gerne være med i hulen, ikk’ Mulle” Very bitter, piney and with a hay like funk to it. Body is more floral than Columbus and Mosaic. its almost like a funky take on a West coast. Its not for all!

Throw this on a cask to somewhat “combat” the overall sweetness! But beyond that is heavy on the chocolate with a vanilla nutty finish.

Third times a charm. Finally checked it in. Subtle peach in an acidic and slightly (only slightly) funky blend. Love it

Domesticated Paradise Kristensen
The lime really compensates the mango sweetness well

Lacks depth, comes of bitter and you would expect more from a bourbon cask. Maybe Thats why they covered it in 1 cm og wax. To keep people from the content.

White Wedding (2022) Kristensen
Velvet chocolate with a somewhat thick sweet port wine finish. It’s thick and should be shared. I love port wine BA stouts. This one is good, but nothing special
