Not a fan of this variant. Guess you gotta like Hazelnut and it’s Hazelnut forward.

I’m not normally a fan of “Sours”, but this is pretty good.

Very solid. Aromatic coffee on the nose, coffee and chocolate layers are very well represented. Very creamy, with a hint of Vanilla.

Alan G, you need to find this one. Good year. But a bottle and set it back 2 years. But this vintage is very good.

Frangelic Mountain Brown (2019) S.
Reminds me of Starbucks Samatra Coffee. Very coffee forward, toasty.

American-style Barleywine. Roasty, malty and hop forward which provides a nice balance of bitterness.

I really like the Bourbon Aging as it gives this porter great mouthfeel. All layers are present.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) S.
For some reason, I thought Founders wasn't going to produce this stout anymore in favor of KBS. That said I don't think it's as good as last year's.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) S.
Well, not exactly what I was expecting. Deep Chocolate layer, very light Maple (wanted more). And surprisingly, no Bourbon Layer which is normally what you expect from a KBS series. Coffee on the nose.

India Pale Ale brew with wheat and fermented with brettanomyces. Known for its barnyard, fecal, horsey, flavors. However, Brettanomyces also produces high levels of fruity esters that are desirable in some styles like saison, sours... Obviously not a favs
