Not a bad imperial hazy IPA, but I think I like the original a bit better.

KBS Hazelnut A.

The Hazelnut provides a nutty flavor, which mellows the coffee flavor of the base without completely masking it. The bourbon flavor is mild.

Más Agave Prickly Pear A.

So sweet!

Blushing Padre A.

I loved Blushing Monk, but this takes it up a notch.

Nemesis (2021) A.

I have a feeling this was a ground-breaking brew when it was first brewed over 10 years ago. I still appreciate it for testing flavor profiles without adjuncts.

Panther Cub (2021) A.

I’m enjoying it. Out of curiosity, I wish I’d been able to try the original, which was aged in BLIS barrels with whole vanilla beans, rather than syrup and extract additions.

Big Lushious A.

Still big. Still luscious. Just like it was five years ago.

Oktoberfest A.

Like drinking a fresh-baked sweet bread with a crisp finish.
