Rosé de Gambrinus (2015) Natarajan

Poured a bubbly dark pink to red. Lots of sediment but the raspberry was still there. Complexity had definitely increased somewhat but there was an acidic bite towards the mid palate/finish. Carbonation was on point.

Fou’ Foune (2022) Natarajan

LCI Drinking perfectly right now. The peach flavour is right up front but the funk from the lambic is right there and present. Great carbonation and zestiness to cleanse the palate. This beer never disappointed me yet.

Vigneronne (2020) Natarajan

Can't beat proper glassware. Nose is Cantillon funk and vineous white grape. Flavour is tart white wine, counterbalanced by the funk with a wheat note in the finish. It drys out the palate with the tannins leaving you going back for more.

Nath (2020) Natarajan

Nose is that typical Cantillon funk. It has an earthy aroma that underlies the funk. The taste is delicious balanced funk with the rhubarb being predominant. Finishes dry and clean. Absolutely delicious.

Fou' Foune (2020) Natarajan

Pours a hazy golden yellow. Aroma is the classic Cantillon nose with a lovely apricot aroma that envelops the nose as it warms. Silky mouthfeel with a lovely bubbly carbonation. Taste is lovely funky apricot. Delicious.

Breakfast Stout Natarajan

Pours a dark brown in the glass more black and opaque. Light fizzy carbonation. Whilst cold aroma of ground coffee beans. Flavour is cold brew coffee with dark cocoa lingering in the background. Finishes dry. Little to no alcohol presence.

Beer Geek Waffle Breakfast Natarajan

So much spicy cinammon in the nose. The taste is just tonnes of cinammon and really quite unpleasant.
