Not as spicy as I’d hoped, but spicy enough to take the edge off the normal KBS syrupy sweetness. And definitely plenty of chocolate.

Traditional Christmas Eve brewski. I agree that the coffee eliminates the syrupy texture flavor of KBS.

Lindi M. & I are sharing this as a tonic for our nerves during Game 6. The smell is syrupy sweet, but the flavor is well-balanced with coffee bitterness, fudge sweetness (not chocolate), and maple fudge smoothness (exclusive to maple fudge, not syrup).

Maybe a bit too sweet for a summer beer, or to be paired with a bowl of ice cream, but come talk to me again when the weather turns, my friend. First beer back in GR!
