Has a bright vinous grape note, reminds me of a cervino from Funk Factory almost. Touch sweet, but very nicely balanced.

Drogone Lambic (2022) B.

This is lovely. The finish leaves a grape juice pucker on your tongue, subtly dry but fruity. Has a touch of a peppery note if you go searching for it.

45 Days Vienna Lager B.

Strong malty opening. Biscuity. Good drinker, not too strong in any direction.

Wildflower IPA B.

Juicy tropical notes. Light touch of sweetness.

Nasty, Brutish And Malt B.

Loads of caramel covering a sharp hop profile with a poke bent. Boozy but not overwhelming.

Thor B.

Has a strong hop burn that’s slightly covered by a caramel note. Boozier than the ABV suggests.

Syrax B.

Light. Has a lemon note preceding a light hop punch. Pale straw in color. Crushable.

Iris (2018) B.

Herbal with a funky finish. Crisp, light tang

Cuvée de l’Espérance B.

Crisp, very light funk. Woody.
