Coffee is a bit more bitter than I'd like like. I love my coffee though. Just something about the way this has aged is a bit more decadent yet strong!

Cinnamon forward. It's okay but just not my cup of bs. Sadly the Cinnamon overpowered the rest of the flavors. Also it was thin. Even at room temp. Not my favorite.

4.65. I don't get it with these variants. It resembles nothing of the base beer. Where is my body? Where's the thickness? If it had those. It would be a solid 5!

Such a wonderful beer. Aged super well! Chocolate is much more profound. Super rich at room temp. Glad I finally did this cellar pull. This is my last one of this 2016 year. I enjoyed it to the last drop. ☺

Aged well. I didn't expect the hoppiness after a four year cellaring. But it held up nicely.

3.9. Hmmm. Now three years almost four years old and... This is an odd brew. I would say its now in its prime. The nose is wonderful, cherry, sweet bourbon, subtle booze. Mouthfeel is smooth. Flavor is boozy, sweetness, warming, cherry, malty odd finish.

Mash up between KBS MMF and the Master brew! I am torn. Both are too awesome to rank between them both. I will say this, the coffee and the rest of the flavors are at a perfect balance and harmony with one another for the CBS. Where the KBS had ++++coffee

I'm totally impressed by this one. Sad I didn't buy it when it was fresh. I can only image how it was. I will have to get more.
