Punkin Ale r

Pours a delicate copper with very sustained head. Taste is quite nice, a great fall-time brew. Love it.

All Day IPA r

Pours light gold with a sustained head. Taste is hops-centric with citrus overtones. The hops, however, is not harsh or overpowering. As a guy that likes a more balanced or malt-centric brew, this is somewhat tame.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge r

Pours as dark black as i've ever seen. Very minimal head that dissipates quickly. Taste is YUM!! It's a syrupy-sweet malt-centric brew with maple/fudge character. Very nice!

Crimson Cru r

Pours a brown color with a quickly dissipating head. Taste is a complex citrus sweet composition with minimal hops character. Backend has some sustained citrus hints.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) r

Pours black coal with zero head. Taste is exceptionally rich and full bodied. Its a 17.5% ABV (why?) so sip slowly. Makes a great evening brew.

Backwoods Bastard 2021 r

Pours dark & rich with minimal but sustained head. Taste is exceptional - a definite but polite level of smoke sweet boubonesque richness. A slight but agreeable level of alcohol taste mixed in... since it is an ABV of 11%. Excellent, but try to pace it

Interacting Galaxies r

Pours a beautiful copper with moderate, sustained head. Taste is exceptional with a graceful/delicate aftertaste of malt & reserved level of hops. Perfect example of the Marzen Lager style. Yum!
