Light bourbon & peat smoke aromatics. Light bodied sweet caramel with that familiar Backwoods toffee note. Even tho this is significantly toned down than what it used to be, it's still highly delicious for the style 🍺

Full bodied with minimal roast.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) R.

Rich Twix bar and boozy dark fruit aromatics, almost the aroma of like a cheap blackberry brandy lurking about. Subtle molasses upfront, along with tootsie roll candy. Enjoying this a little more than the first time 6 months ago. Alot going on here 4.4

Gotta respect a brew with the calories and nutritional facts on the side 😑

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) R.

Minimal barrel presence, but the levels of milk chocolate with caramel notes underneath are tasty af. Some smokiness coming thru on the finish. Very nice.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) R.

Deep cocoa powder & plum aromatics upfront. Whiskey barrel, oak, some tobacco notes underneath. Gonna be fun to see what happens to this one over time.

World Wide Stout (2011) R.

Levels of chocolate backed by strong molasses. You don't really get the 18%, until you get the 18%😴 Besides being thin, this is a treat.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2017) R.

Barnyard funk juice

Imperial Stout (2016) R.

Tastes way better than I remembered. Chocolate is more pronounced. Way smoother aswell. Minimal roastiness on the finish.
