A perfect light picnic sour that still has a nice, creamy body. Very nice.

Porter Guris

All the right flavors in a reasonably thick body. Absolutely classic.

4 Giants Starcatcher Haze Guris

Nice, creamy New England with orange juice and peel. Hoppy bitterness balances it out.

Snowbound Vanilla Porter Guris

Solid roasty porter with obvious but not overpowering vanilla and some strongish coffee notes. Very easy to drink.

KBS Blueberry Guris

A bit sweet, blueberry, some coconut. Not boozy. Good for sipping.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 12.4% Guris

Deep flavors with dark, heavy roastiness, but not overbearing. A bit too sweet. Smooth and balanced for this ABV and big flavors.

Mortal Bloom Guris

A quick mix of citrus peel, strong grass, some juice, dankness, and even a little smoke. Complex but not necessarily my choice of flavors. Thin in body. Scored it higher than I liked because it deserved it.

All Day Haze Guris

Really hits the low ABV session IPA niche well. Enough hops and citrus to keep it delicious.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Guris

Big dark chocolate right up front. Coffee is in there plus classic roastiness. Smooth, creamy, and just a bit boozy though very well controlled for 11%.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake Guris

Excellent if you’re in the mood for a huge stout. Remarkably smooth for the ABV. Nice flavors, well balanced, nothing overwhelming other than the overall boldness. Biggest con for me is the sweetness level.
