Subtle salty peach aroma is quite nice. The body is light feel if peach, salt, & a dry finish. It’s a bit straight forward, a bit light, a bit all around forgettable. But also nice to sit & drink.

Fluff Whitaker

Subtle lemony biscuit aroma is nice. Body is light, & quite nice. Lemon & biscuit in the body, then a nice dry finish. Back to our amazing conversation now though. 😆

Sundial Whitaker

Bright pine in the aroma is classic for the WC style. Body is light, piney, & very nice. There’s a hint of resin, there’s a hint of candied peach, a nice dry finish.

7th Year Anniversary Whitaker

Subtle piney, oniony aroma is lovely. The body is medium feel, with a big tropical sweet body, but full of pine & resin. It’s a perfect balanced, it’s full bodied but not overwhelming. Fucking wonderful.

Organic Pilsner Whitaker

Bright grassy, floral aroma. A bit of sulfur in classic lager style. The body is surprising, in that there’s a hint of… smoke?? It’s a bit smokey, a bit savory? Wild. The rest is a bit biscuity into the finish. But quite unique & enjoyable.

White Bloom Whitaker

Funky, coriander & clove aroma. Body is delicate, lovely. There’s a subtle hint of creaminess to the feel from the wheat, with a subtle zing of coriander on top. There’s a hint of sweet orange, with a nice light finish. Lovely jubbly.

Fotonik - Strata Whitaker

Raw, piney, oniony hop aroma that we got as we dumped hops into the boil yesterday. Love it, although too subtle here! The body is light, subtle sweet passion fruit with a soft carb. No hops in the body really until a subtle resiny note in the finish.

House of Pale Whitaker

Subtle grassy, piney aroma. Body has a bright carb, a bright citrus peel & passion fruit body. Nice soft feel, nice clean finish. It’s a classic for the style, if not a bit round for my preference.

Organic Classic Whitaker

Not sure this is a variant version, but the smoke is nice & subtle. Light feel, but still full of bready caramel sweet goodness. All around a classic, but with some nice smoke notes added

Deep Steep Whitaker

Subtle sweet peach aroma is so nice, but so light! Body is light sweet mango & tart peach, soft carb is nice while the tartness sizzles on your tongue. Very nice & refreshing.

Double Dippy Doo Whitaker

Very soft citrus aroma. Body’s also soft, with a huge juicy sweetness full of orange sweetness, grapefruit peel, & lovely tropical notes. A CLASSIC, DUMB, BOMBASTIC. What a hazy is always supposed to be. I miss classic hazies.

Wildflower IPA Whitaker

Candied orange & a bit of boozy note in the aroma. Body is a nice, floral, citrus sweet, nice & soft & juicy feel as well. The finish is light & sweet. This is quite refreshing & enjoyable.

Mumbo Jumbo #5 Coconut, Pineapple, Lime, Toasted Coconut Whitaker

Subtle raw apricot & peach aroma is lovely, inviting, a little tart. The body is where the soft, subtle sweet cherry note comes in. Feel is soft, round, & not particularly tart, but still a very nice feel. Finish is light, subtle sweet cherry & apricot.

Kriek Boon Whitaker

A taste with Carston before we head back to Rønne! Nose is a subtle tart cherry, a bit stuffy. Body is light, subtle sweet cherry pie. Lovely balance, nice delicate, & delicious. Happy to try Ølhuzed once more!!

Limbo - Riesling Whitaker

Sweet white grape aroma is as lovely as the disgusting cigarette smell from the fuckers around me. The feel is bright & sticky sweet honey & white grape. Bright carb clears it up a little bit, but it’s still pretty sweet & sugary. A bit much for me.

Suborbital Whitaker

Aroma is… tobacco smoke? Body is much more of what I would expect, with a light feel, a nice dry finish, a toasted dark bread note throughout & some light roasted coffee notes in the finish. The aroma throws me a bit, but it’s still an enjoyable beer.

Ice Cold Pilsner Whitaker

Light lemon cake aroma is lovely. Nice classic Pilsner as well back to dinner!!

City Session IPA Whitaker

I don’t like sessions, but the last was so good I am Trying another. This is more of a classic, but still nice. A bit juicy, light feel, nice orange & grapefruit. A bit tropical, a bit bright & floral.

Belgian Brown Whitaker

Nice toasted caramel sweet aroma. Body is nice, bright, & slightly toasted, & nicely drinkable. The finish lingers a bit, with those caramel notes. Very nice! (Had this last night) very different review than last time! Interesting…

Wit Whitaker

Subtle biscuit, banana, & clove is sweet & aromatic. The body is light, subtle zing of bright carb, a hint of lemony citrus, but the same nice notes. The clove lingers nicely in the finish, and now back to Copenhagen!!

Whirl Domination Whitaker

Hazy in style, with a nice orange peel note throughout. Subtle orange aroma, nice soft carb. Back to the Danish festivities!!

Citrus Squall Whitaker

Lovely sweettart blood orange in the nose. Body is light, bright, subtle tartness with a bright candied blood orange on top a light feel. Really easy to drink, really enjoyable. A bit light.

Wildflower IPA - Citra Whitaker

Very subtle sweet citrus aroma. Body is light, delicate notes of flower & candied citrus blended together in a very drinkable & balanced body. All very nice!

Light citrus peel aroma. Body is light, bright, grapefruit peel & a hint of orange sweetness. All very light, although not a true session. So… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Last day in Denmark, but we’ve loved every second!! ☹️😣😤🙂😊

Roskilde Pilsneren Whitaker

Light aroma is overcome by a wonderful aroma of gem pen rope. The body is a nice balance between pine, floral resin & a light note of honey bread underneath. All quite nice, we’ll brewed.

House of Pale Whitaker

Subtle grassy aroma. Body is light, subtle grassy & sweet, a bit of citrus & a bit of coral, but everything is a bit muted, & not clear.

City Festival the Beer IPA Whitaker

Subtle citrus aroma, & a nice citrusy, juicy beer to match. It’s all well balanced between sweet orange, grapefruit peel, & floral notes. A very straightforward juicy IPA.

Petroleum I.P.A. Whitaker

Subtle grassy, onion hop aroma. Body is drinkable, medium feel, with a bright crisp carb. That same light onion & grass, but with a subtle candy sweet mango underneath. All nice & drinkable!

Belgian Brown Whitaker

Subtle bready aroma. Body is subtle sweet molasses & dark bread with subtle sweet raisin notes throughout. Lovely, drinkable, big sweet & delicious. Well done, & we’ll brewed. Very enjoyable.

Dirty Bastard Whitaker

Haven’t checked this in since 2016! Subtle caramel aroma, & the body follows suit with a lovely caramel sweet flavor, a creamy head that lingers for quite a while, & a medium feel that’s very drinkable. A lil’ single-note, but still quite nice.

Mango Smoovie Whitaker

These are not beers, usually more of a desserts. This isn’t even that. It’s a beer slushee, lots of mango: a lil’ in the aroma & a lot in the body. Juicy AF, but almost no sweetness. The carb is weird in the slushee, the finish is kinda mango rind bitter.

Campfire Amplifier Whitaker

Very subtle dark chocolate aroma, with maybe a hint of vanilla? Up front a big vanilla sweetness that does fade into “that” marshmallow sugar flavor. There’s a nice dark chocolate buried underneath, & it finishes with marshmallow lingering in the finish.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) Whitaker

Subtle blend of coffee & vanilla in the aroma. Waited to let it warm up, & received a pleasant up front cherry sweetness, followed by bitter roasted coffee, charred oak, a nice note of dark chocolate in the finish. Well balanced & dangerously drinkable.

Green Zebra Whitaker

Bright floral aroma is nice, but the body is WOW SWEET. Salty pop in the front, bright, candy sweet watermelon, & a light salty sweet watermelon finish. Too much for my taste, not dry enough, but enjoyable… as a soda?
