It's fine, very mild to the point of being boring. Definitely get some tart pear flavors, but none of the wild yeast flavors I'd hoped for

Very mild compared to some of Mikkeller's other spontan beers, but still some good lambic notes. Little bit of lemon peel on the initial sip that fades to wood
