Beer Geek Fudgesicle (2023) Woods

A lovely sweet stout, creamy mouthfeel, loads of good stuff. I had a previous variant, in 2019, and this is equally as good.

Back In the Dayz Woods

Lovely juicy hoppiness, full bodied, a long dry, enjoyably bitter, finish. Good.

Limbo - Riesling Woods

Very refreshing, apple juice vibes with a hint of honey sweetness. Nice.

Noche Buena Woods

Captures the sweet and creamy chocolate / coconut stouty vibes without the heat from the chilli, I like it.

Festbier Woods

Malty, honey sweetness, dryish finish. Nice.

Cloud Gazing Woods

Enjoyably piney, very fresh, straight from the tank.

House of Pale Woods

Enjoyably refreshing, nicely fruity, peachy. Nice.

Raw Power Woods

Raw, perhaps, but definitely has a decent amount of hoppy power. Very nice.

A very enjoyable pils from a venue with a goldmine of local brews, plus more.

Very nice tropical fruit sweetness and an enjoyable mouthfeel. Good.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Woods

Delicious. All of the advertised flavours are present, in abundance. Very enjoyable. The final beer I brought back from my most recent trip to the 🇺🇸 Must be time to go back for more 🍻

Winter Haze Woods

Citrusy, gentle spices and a little bit of mouth coating honey vibes. Interestingly drinkable.

Slick Film Woods

Liquidised dark chocolate fruit and nut, very enjoyable.

Near Distant Future Woods

Nice chocolate aroma and flavour along with caramel / toffee sweetness. Relatively light mouthfeel for the ABV. Enjoyably drinkable.

Breakfast Stout (2021) Woods

Lovey roasted coffee and chocolate bittersweet flavours along with bourbon toward the finish. A decent vintage of an old faithful. Very enjoyable. Bottled 08/31/21

Foret De Troncais Light Toasted Woods

Enjoyably complex flavours, oaky, caramel, plums, very smooth mouthfeel and disguises the ABV very well. If only I could remember where I bought it. I’m leaning toward 7000 Jars of Beer, maybe the Beer Musketeer.

Black (2017) Woods

I’ve had “standard” Black previously & this is equally as powerful Strong roasted coffee & chocolate flavours. Label on my bottle is 16.7%, this vintage is the closest I’ve found. Also I’m sketchy on where I bought it, maybe 7000 Jars or Beer Musketeer

Lovely funky stuff and not overly sour which suits my taste.
