Jet black. Coffee and cocoa aroma. Nice taste, slightly bitter. Thin body, otherwise it would get a higher mark.

Porter

Dark. Coffeeish aroma. Slightly bitter taste, and roasty aftertaste. A really good porter.

2-year Unblended Oude Lambiek Foeder #83

Amber colour. Winey smell. Refreshing sourness. Dry aftertaste. One lambic a day keeps boredom away.

Dirty Bastard

Boozy. Not just bitter but astringent. A miss.

All Day IPA

Rosé de Gambrinus

Ruby colour. Incredible berry aroma. Tart and dry with lots of fruit in it. Elegant aftertaste. Amazing.

Camerise (2021)

Deep red. Sour smell. Sweet and sour. Little carbonation. Nice body and sweet fruity aftertaste.

Nath (2021)

White wine aroma and look. Delicious and refreshing, but rhubarb should be more prominent in my opinion.

Mosaic Promise

Pils colour. Foam vanishes soon. Mild hoppy nose. Thin taste. A bit of a disappointment.

Centennial IPA

Nice copper hue. Little foam. Piney smell and taste. Sweet, full. I love the piney notes of Centennial hops, that is.

X-mas Porter 2018 (To, From, Via)

Dark coffee. Little carbonation. Slightly sweet and spiced, but not much.

Oude Geuze Boon

Nice wine aroma. Good foam head. Sour, refreshing, complex. Very enjoyable before dinner.

Årh Hvad Barrel Aged Grand Marnier

No foam or gas. Lovely Belgian smell. Sour, astringent. A really difficult ale. Meant to resemble Orval. Not sure about that.
