Soooo soft. Had it once before, but from tap at one of the best bars in the world... 🤯 Deep red with a slightly pink-tanned head. Raspberry in the nose and mouth, acidic yet soft. Low in saturation. Close to, if not perfection.

Really lovely, easier drinking than expected. Nice barrel character.
