Has a bit of marmalade on the nose. Golden. Hazy. Nicely bitter. A bit boozy as it warms.

Stunning. Literally a cake. Chocolate, loads of coconut, bit of caramel and vanilla.

Very light, crisp, melon, honey, slightly grassy. Really light and drinkable. Could do with a bit more oomph.

Nose is boozy. Is difficult to distinguish the subtle cocoa and vanilla. Thick and oily, which is good. Thick. Creamy. Chocolate. Bitter coffee at the back. Ok.

Not bad of course but I think it’s one of those which smells better than taste. There is one tiny bit in that cookie which makes me nervous 😂😂😂 - licorice most possibly (3.9)

I can't say I'm a massive fan of this. It's very thin. Yes it tastes very much of cherries but it's so, so sweet and has virtually no sour to balance it.

A lovely light beer. Pale and hazy. Fairly thin. Quite gassy. Light and citrus. Dry bitterness at the back. Drinkable.

Orange and grapefruit nose. Orange and murky. Quite thick. Lots of pithy bitterness. Ok.

Smooth, beautifully tart. Fantastic. Thanks Daniel B.

Sharp nose initially, possibly greengage or unripe damsen, but softens to peach. murky. pale. On the palate it's thick sticky peach juice. There is bitterness but it's an afterthought. Sticky lome zing on the finish

This is a Christmas Quad. Smells like Christmas. Nutmeg, cinnamon, orange, getting port barrels. Magnificent.

Strange nose, cherries and prunes coming through at the same time. Nice sour finish. Not unpleasant.

Pleasant. Cherries are there on the nose, but a bit muted. It's a lovely pale golden pink haze. It's not massively sour, and the flavours are delicate and we'll balanced - the cherries soft and the prunes more like sweet raisins.

On the left. Really complex. Less bright obviously. Less sweet but more tart again unsurprisingly. But a deeper complex flavour.

Pretty decent sour beer. Hit all the right notes without being overly sweet, and instead had a nice dry quality to it.

Beautiful cherry tartness you would expect from this. I could drink this all night.

Tropical old socks vibe. Can't pin point the taste. Decent bitter backbone, grapefruit and bit of citrus.

Thick, smooth, dry, pithy, a little bitter and satisfyingly chewy.

Melon nose, slight sweetness. Smooth mouthfeel, herbaceous bitterness, it’s been a while but glad to be back at the phantom cetacean.

Enjoying this much more than earlier this month not getting any earthiness this time around. Quite juicy, refreshing

Horse blanket funk. Would go with a stinky cheese.

Funky, intense, punchy. Nice fruit character with a touch of musty burnt hair. Lovely.

All barnyard on the nose, but so much more fruity on the palate. Delicious.
