Tart and refined, all bars should have this in their fridge

Woody funk juice while showing friends the Limmy Show, a delight to have in the bar

Surprisingly dry! Crisp and delishus. Thanks Chris M.

Lovely on a day like today. Joozshed up at redwood with a lime salt rim.

Bit sweet, but nicely counteracted by the margarita serving style

Better experience than my previous checkin from 2017. Still quite sweet, but a believe less so (based on my notes), perhaps because this keg is dated 2019. I like that the watermelon is kind of an afterthought. Roscoe.

Mmm… Lentil Leper. How enticing! Better experience than my previous can from 2017. Still quite sweet, but a believe less so (based on my notes), perhaps because this keg is dated 2019. I like that the watermelon is kind of an afterthought.

I can't detect much (if any) watermelon but apparently that is a flaw in my palate and not the natural dissipation of fruit over time. That' said, it's still refreshing and tasty on tap.

Just tapped. It’s more ‘meaty’ than i was expecting if that makes sense. Nice though

Big passionfruit, however not incredibly tart as some can be. I think the cheesecake (there as a slight lemon tang at the end and some lactose creaminess) softens it down and balances it all out. A lot of body and depth for a 6% beer.

Very tart up front. Mild creaminess in the back (wish there was more cheesecakeyness). A reverse mullet in beer form, perhaps. Split with barman to the stars, Simon Diaz

As a passionfruit sour it’s very nice. However as a smoothie cheesecake it’s missing the cheese. And the cake. Needs a load of lactose or other round texture, a little sweetness, and vanilla.

Prominent sour passionfruit with not too much cheesecake, which is probably for the best:)

Brian L. Came in bearing gifts from Beer 360. Shared with the boys from Little Bang. A classic Boon Geuze. Subtly weird. A little lemon acidity, whiff of ammonia, acetic. Very dry. Lovely on a warm day.

Worst beer I've ever had in my life. AFL trophy loser to Collingwood supporter Bernadette.

On tap. Better have a go before it’s gone. Still a fair amount of bourbon even 3 years on. Burnt drip coffee flavours. A little fruity and bitter. Pkgd 13/02/2019; Sweetness 1.5/10

The expected lusciousness... Bourbon barrel, chocolate, coffee, molasses..... wish I could remember the previous vintages as a comparison but it was too long ago.

Always my favorite ! Redwoods taproom is the only taproom that has a keg of KBS 2019 right now !

Good, but previous years have been better. Coffee heavy.

Thanks Simon D. , a pleasure to drink with a certain creaminess surrounding a dry, complex geuze

A sour, lanolin nose. Is it all pricks and apricocks? Don't care, it's delicious.

Holy hell! It is MEGA! Look At all those breweries that contributed to this beer. Quite robust, pours a dark amber, smells a bit like a funky goat (in a good way). More tart than many. More funk, wood and superbly dry. Excellent.

Pretty, tart and a touch bitter. Oakey and tannic. Lingonberries are weird and delicious!

Dry with prominent oakiness. A little sweetness on the end. Almost a little wine-like.

Extreme dark, dry tartness, it’s an interesting fruit. The higher abv helps add to the mouthfeel and complexity

Such a great style of beer, looking forward to trying more of these

Wear a mask! Bottle share with Richard P. and Gemma P. So lovely. Delicate, dry funky citrus rind beer. Bit of weird cider flavour in it.

Deep flavour, tastes likes it been fermenting away amongst tons of cherries for a long time
