Delicious, but mostly bourbon and cinnamon. Vanilla is there, coffee not so much or very well blended. I love bourbon and there’s plenty here.

The ultimate boutique beer effort that actually paid off! Big IS backbone layered on top of sweet and spiced maple/cask notes that don’t push the envelope.

The oak is really coming thru 5 years later. Roast is less pronounced now. -DC
