Very similar to the Kasteel 8 Rouge but a bit milder and not as sour for a lambic. Cherry of course but some cranberry notes too. Also thought it had a vinous quality too.

Certainly a nice and refreshing drink, but I really didn't get very much sour or tart from it that I was hoping for. Mostly a kind of dry cherry flavour with a bit of cranberry which, tbf, is still very nice.

Brillaint cherry throughout. Lovely mixture of sweet, tart and sour.

Sour, rather boozy, little pickle on the finish. Do like this tho

My finger isn't on the spontan pulse, I know these guys crank out a lot of them. This one funnily enough tasted of acai

LCI. Another stunning stout in this fabulous pub. The Scandinavians are good at this.

Lots of cherry taste and aroma... lovely deep colour ... not too sour

Very balanced. Appely, tart and with red wine/barrel flavours. Lovely.

Jesus wept. Its like liquid brown sugar to start with then there's an insane bitter burn on the end of it. So weird.

Doesn’t taste 18% but legs are already feeling it. Sweetness cuts through the strength

Strong but it don't half walk around with it's big, overly boozy Knob out. A tad too much. Still awesome like.

Had this before in my pre Untappd days. It’s advertised as a ‘huge stout’ here and my God it’s true. It’s also good, but definitely a sipper.
