White Bloom

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

A classic Belgian wit brewed with barley, spelt and wheat malt. Coriander seeds and orange peel was added to the boil for a lovely fruity and spicy aroma. Lovely refreshing summer beer with an opaque yellow color and a white frothy foam. I has a hint of sweetness that blends well with the fruity notes from the yeast. A high carbonation and low ABV makes for high drinkability.

Clear, bright golden with a vanishing white head. Aroma is weak citrussy with oranges. Taste is bready and malty. Fruity sweetness with oranges and coriander. Really tasty witt.
