Kuula is a collaboration beer brewed with Pohjala from Tallinn, Estonia. Our friendship goes way back and what better way to manifest this, than to create a beer together. They brought a bag of fresh spruce tips from the Estonian forests with them and we decided to brew a light sour beer with it mixing in a bit of heather honey from Læsø. A lemony and herbal summer refresher!
- Kuula means "to listen" in Estonian.
